Forms and analytics are handled through Squarespace’s secure tools. Email is handled through our business email provider. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect your data.

Squarespace may use basic cookies and analytics to keep the site working and to understand visits.

Our site and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Terms of Service
Who we are
Fairy Helpful Inc provides household help, cleaning, laundry, organizing, and related support services.
How services work
Scope, timing, and rates are discussed and agreed before each visit. Travel outside our main area is agreed in advance.
What we bring
We bring our own products and tools unless we agree to use yours.
Client prep
Please secure valuables and let us know about special surfaces or items that need extra care. Let us know about allergies, pets, and access details.
Breakage and pre-existing issues
We use care and work safely. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or unstable items. If something happens during a visit, tell us within 24 hours so we can review and make it right.
Health and safety
We may pause or adjust work if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary, or if illness is present in the home.
Photos
We only take photos with clear permission. No identifying details are shown. You can say no at any time.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover lost time.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless we agree otherwise. Accepted methods are listed on our invoice or booking message.
Insurance and checks
Fairy Helpful Inc is fully insured and police checked.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
